NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-001579 DIV 13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-57CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-57CB is Plaintiff and JACK R. BUCK AND; ZSOFIA V. BUCK A/K/A ZOSFIA BUCK, HIS WIFE; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 47 FEET OF LOT 8 AND THE WEST 26 FEET OF LOT 9, BLOCK 40, COFFEE POT ADDITION SNELL & HAMLETT'S, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
