NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 30, West Breeze Estates, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 125, Pages 30 through 32 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the street address of: 4879 West Breeze Circle, Unit 30, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 16, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
