KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of December, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK A, HIGHLAND TERRACE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the street address of: 1512 Barbara Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
