AMENDED ORDER TO DEPOSIT FUNDS INTO THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
PROBATE DIVISION

IN RE: THE ESTATE OF JAIRO NICARAGUA,
Deceased.
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Petition Requesting Permission to Deposit Unclaimed funds in the amount of $12,613.88 into the Registry of the Court, and it appearing to the Court that Petitioner has made distribution to all the named decisees except Kaden Nicaragua, one of the devisees which the petitioner has been unable to locate, and the Court being fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Petitioner has made diligent search and inquiry to determine the whereabouts of Michele Ranger, parent and natural guardian of Kaden Nicaragua, one of the heirs of the above estate, but has been unable to locate said heir.
2. Petitioner has made distribution of all other assets to the remaining heirs and has filed their receipts and consents for discharge.
3. Petitioner requests that the Court enter its order allowing the personal representative to deposit the share of the estate devised to Kaden Nicaragura in the amount of $12,613.88 to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Manatee County, Florida, under the provisions of Florida Statute 733.816.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petitioner William B. Padelford, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jairo Nicaragua, deceased, be and he is hereby ordered to deposit the funds belonging to Kaden Nicaragua into the registry of the Court, and after obtaining a receipt from the Clerk of the Circuit Court and filing the report of distribution and order of final discharge shall be entered.
