TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT OF USE FOR INGRESS-EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THOSE CERTAIN LANDS AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3418, PAGES 571 THROUGH 573, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
