You are notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in Pasco County, Florida, to-wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 7, JASMINE POINTE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 14 AND 14A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at West Pasco Judicial Center, 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34654, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition. on or before December 12, 2011
