NOTICE OF MEETINGS
SUMMER WOODS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Summer Woods Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2012 at 11:00 a.m., at the Offices of Neal Communities, Inc., 8210 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202, on the second Tuesday of each month as follows:
April 10, 2012
November 8, 2011 May 8, 2012
December 13, 2011 June 12, 2012
January 10, 2011 July 10, 2012
February 14, 2012 August 14, 2012
March 13, 2011 September 11, 2012
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above, may be obtained from Development Planning and Financing Group, 15310 Amberly Drive, Suite 175, Tampa, Florida 33647 at (813) 374-9102, one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more supervisors will participate by telephone.
In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District's Management Company, Development Planning & Financing Group at 813-374-9102. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
