NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-003439, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and MARK CRAFT JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, ET AL., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, CORTEZ ESTATES SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 16 AN 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
