NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-009321, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA) is the Plaintiff and JASON BARRETT; LAKE VISTA RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON BARRETT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E-306, PHASE V, LAKE VISTA RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2154, PAGE 216, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
