Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 05, 2011, this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1986 CYPRESS RIVER COLONY DOUBLE WIDE MOBILE ATTACHED THERETO HAVING VIN #13005569A, TITLE #42148209 AND VIN #13005569B, TITLE #42149403

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida, on November 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
