NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31st, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-008716 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which BankUnited, is the Plaintiff and Delwyn V. DiFabio a/k/a Delwynn V. DiFabio, Elizabeth DiFabio, Regions Bank, successor in interest to AmSouth Bank, Summerfield/Riverwalk Village Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
