NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10/27/2011, and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-2611 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Southland Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and KEVIN SANDLIN and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEVIN SANDLIN NOW KNOWN AS LARA JOAHANNA SANDLIN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 23 day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 40, SOUTHLAND CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1012, page 658, and Amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, pages 72 and 73, and as amended in Condominium Book 12, pages 158 and 159 and in Condominium Book 13, Pages 27 and 28, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 1200 68th Ave. Dr. W. Bradenton, FL 34207.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
