MARTINEZ; GWENDOLYN M. MARTINEZ; BRUCE WRIGHT; GAIL WRIGHT; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; GREENBROOK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/07/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
