NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-009821, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLCis Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARTIN DESROCHERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC F. SCARBROUGH A/K/A ERIC SCARBROUGH; ERIC F. SCARBROUGH A/K/A ERIC SCARBROUGH; MARTIN DESROCHERS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; TENANT INSPECTION; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 16 day of November 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK A, FAIRFIELD ACRES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
