NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-004870 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. N/K/A BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and ROBERT P. PRZYBYLOWICZ, SR. A/K/A ROBERT P. PRZYBYLOWICH, SR.; MAUREEN S. PRZYBYLOWICZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GREENFIELD PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 29th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
