Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence S 00Ëš09'11” W along the West line of said Section 5, a distance of 3021.33 feet to the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 5; thence S 00Ëš07'13”W, along the West line of said Southwest 1/4, a distance of 1291.74 feet to the point of intersection of said West line and the North maintained right of way line of State Road 64; thence N 89Ëš43'21” E, along said North right of way line, a distance of 5308.57 feet to the intersection of said line and the centerline of 411th Street East, a 114 foot wide private road, ingress/egress drainage and utility easement, as per the plat of Winding Creek Roadways, Phase 1, private road in a rural subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 187, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence N 00Ëš16'39” W, along said centerline, a distance of 1255.00 feet; thence leaving said centerline, proceed N 89Ëš43'21” E, 57.00 feet to a point on the East right of way line of aforesaid 411th Street East for a Point of Beginning; thence S 67Ëš46'17”E, 470.24 feet; thence N 89Ëš43'21”E, 210.00 feet; thence N 00Ëš16'39” W, 430.00 feet; thence S 89Ëš43'21” W, 644.43 feet to a point of the aforementioned East right of way line of 411th Street East; thence S 00Ëš16'39” E, along said right of way line, a distance of 250.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after the first publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
