NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-001297 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and HEIDI KLEINSMITH; JUSTIN KLEINSMITH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; REGENCY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
