NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005617 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and PETER EVANS; PATRICIA EVANS; KENNETH R. LEWIS; KATHLEEN LEWIS; WATERLEFE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A STACY COROLLO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A THOMAS COROLLO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
