Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-007911, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-63 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-63 is the Plaintiff, and MARC MAILLOUX A/K/A MARC MAILOUX, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, LESS THE EAST 50 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE EASTERLY 25 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK B, ALFORD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 9th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
