NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002326, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and JIMMY H. NEWMAN, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JIMMY H. NEWMAN, JR. IF ANY; BARBARA G. NEWMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBERA G. NEWMAN IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; SPICEWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 140, BUILDING 5, SPICEWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1040, PAGE 3293, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 192, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
