HUTSON; COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, As subrogee of MARIA KAEKEL c/o NEIL F. FOLSTER, ESQUIRE, AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on November 29, 2011 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 6, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES, UNIT 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 118, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
