NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2nd, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-000072 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Residential Asset Securitization Trust 2005-A4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-D under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and Helen Lofthouse a/k/a Helen L. Lofthouse, Covered Bridge Estates Community Association, Inc., Matthew J. Lofthouse a/k/a Matthew Lofthouse, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
