NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-010712 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA DBA AMERICAS SERVICING COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ARBELL MILES; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE; TENANT #1 N/K/A CARLA MILES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A JOE MILES are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 1st day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
