NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-21950 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein MSMC VENTURE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. GRAVES; MARSHA GRAVES; THE STATE OF FLORIDA; JANE/JOHN DOE, fictitious name representing tenant(s) in possession of the property located at 405 Vinekeeper Court, Seffner, FL 33584; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTIES HEREIN DESCRIBED. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via live foreclosure sale at 2:00 pm on January 05, 2012, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and further described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
