Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2011 and by further order of this Court, entered in Case No. 08 CA 012522 (G) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITY FIRST MORTGAGE CORP., is the Plaintiff and ROSE M. CAPIRO; ORLANDO CAPIRO and SPINNAKER COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST Twigs Street, in Tampa, Florida, at 2:00 PM on the 30th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit #5, Building 3, SPINNAKER COVE, PHASE 1, SECTION C, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium filed January 10, 1978 in Official Record Book 3322, Page 752 and Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 19, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Together with its undivided interest or share in common elements, and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
