NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-010907, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA4, is Plaintiff and LINA ABEL AND HERMAN ABEL, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 6 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
PARCEL 2: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 5, OF THE PLAT OF GATEWAY SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 89º53'05” WEST, ALONG THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 93RD AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 89.37 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 86.76 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89º53'01” EAST, TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF WAY LINE OF 12TH STREET, A DISTANCE OF 89.37 FEET; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF WAY OF 12TH STREET A DISTANCE OF 86.76 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
