A of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL, MSAC 2007-HE6 is Plaintiff and DAVID ATILANO RIVERA; MADELINE RIVERA; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JUDY MEDINA all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, or against the named Defendant(s), whether living or not, and whether said unknown parties claims as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or in any other capacity, claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the at 2:00 P.M. to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEROGE E.
