NOTICE IS hereby GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on September 23, 2011, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as
Lot 16, Block 3, Pine Ridge Second Extension, together with an undivided 1/27th interest in Warbler Lake, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 86, Public Records of Collier County, Florida (the “Property”)
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time shall be published as provided herein,
