NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-009200 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SOUTHTRUST MORTGAGE, WACHOVIA BANK(F/K/A SOUTHTRUST BANK) WACHOVIA BANK, WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and JULIO ESTREMERA; MAGALY ZOE ESTREMERA A/K/A MAGALY Z. ESTREMERA; BOCA PALMS OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 11, BLOCK B, BOCA PALMS OF NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED FEBRUARY 1, 1990, IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 67 AND 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
