NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 098189CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, First Floor Atrium Collier County Courthouse, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 30 day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT NO. 2524, BUILDING 25, VERANDA IV AT CEDAR HAMMOCK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEROF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3438, PAGE 2660, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
