Plaintiff, vs.
H. JAVIER CASTANO; CONRAD CASTANO; SHERRY L. CASTANO; PALM CREST VILLAS, INC., and any unknown heirs, devisees,
grantees, creditors, and other
unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 30 day of November, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Lot C-214, of PLAM CREST VILLAS UNIT II, a condominium according to the declaration recorded in Official Records Book 530, Page 14 and amended from time to time of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
