notice is hereby given that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 31, 2011 in Civil Case No. 2009-6425-CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION. is the Plaintiff, and, CHARLES G. MANGOLD III A/K/A CHARLES G. MANIGOLD III; TOM VALAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOM VALAS N/K/A MARY VALAS; REMINGTON RESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLLIER HEALTH PARK OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash IN THE ATRIUM ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX,, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on November 30, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 902, REMINGTON RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4093, PAGE 1474, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
