NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 28, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-006507 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and NEIL RUDERMAN; BEVERLY FRIED; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; VALENCIA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A RACHAEL GAMBLE; TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSEPH GAMBLE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
