Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated October 31, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-4532 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit, in and for COLLIER County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 30, 2011, beginning at 11:00 A.M., at the FIRST FLOOR, ATRIUM AREA OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in COLLIER County, Florida, to wit:
All that certain parcel of land in the County of Collier, State of Florida, being known and described as Lot 6, Block 6, Marco Beach Unit One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 9 to 16, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. the clerk shall receive a service charge of up to $70 for services in making, recording, and certifying the sale and title that shall be assessed as costs. the court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
