NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31st day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2007-4331-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein bank of new york as
successor in interest to jpmorgan chase bank, n.a. as trustee for sami II 2006-ar7 is the Plaintiff and GEORGE CIRABISI, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR FIRST MORTGAGE AMERICA, INC. DBA THE FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., VICKIE CIRABISI A/K/A VICKIE LEA CIRABISI, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 87, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
