NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 31 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002530, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA5 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA5 is the Plaintiff and MARK ALOE A/K/A MARK M. ALOE, VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK ALOE A/K/A MARK M. ALOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK F, VALENCIA LAKES, PHASE 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 10 TO 12, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
