SANDOVAL, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
APARTMENT NO. C-2. OF TROPICANA CLUB-A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 906, AT PAGE 353, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM. on the 1 day of December, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
