NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001668, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIOANL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITITES TRUST 2006-WMC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC4 is the Plaintiff and JUAN J. MOYA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR WMC MORTGAGE CORP.; OSIEL HERRERA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 121, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 12 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
