Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 4, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. B 2, PHASE 1, RIVER OAK PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, AS MORE FULLY SHOWN IN O.R. BOOK 844, PAGES 1395 ET SEQ, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR SURPLUSES ACCRUING TO SAID, PROPERTY
and commonly known as: 2841 ESTEY AVE APT 2B, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on December 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
