NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 10, 2011and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006117-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and JAROSLAW DZIUBEK; MAGDALENA DZIUBEK A/K/A MAGDALENA B. DZIUBEK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
