NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 10, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-016933-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK1 (1Plaintiff name has changed purusant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and APACONST, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; TOMAS MULLER; JIRI SESTAK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIA GRIFITH, TENANT #2 N/K/A RAYMOND GRIFITH, and TENANT #3 N/K/A JESSICA WARD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of Novermber, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
