Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2011, entered in the above-styled Case Number 2011 CC 002316 NC in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
Unit Week No. 38 in Condominium Unit No. 117, and Unit Weel No. 39 in Condominium Unit 215, SEA CLUB V, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1422, Page 293, and any amendments thereto, and according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 2, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on December 2, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashiers check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final Payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
