CITY COMMISSIONERS OF CITY OF SARASOTA
Pursuant to F.S. Section 177.101, the City of Sarasota Commissioners will consider a petition to vacate a portion of a platted, public side lot line drainage and utility easement lying within Lot 3, Greenbriar Homes, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 75, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. The purpose of the request is to cure an encroachment of the house into the platted drainage and utility easement.

Location: 2833 Novus Street, Sarasota, FL 34237
Petitioners: Cameron W. McGough and Carol T. McGough

Information and/or plans are available for public inspection at the City Auditor and Clerk's Office, 1556 First Street, Sarasota, FL 34236. Any objection to the vacation request must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days after publication of this public notice to:

If an objection is filed, the objecting party will be invited to appear and be heard at a scheduled public meeting before the City Commission on November 21, 2011 at 2:30 pm, or as soon thereafter. That part of Lot 3, Greenbriar Homes, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 75, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows:
