NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2003-CA-7673-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and HELEN D'ONOFRIO; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 18th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, SUMMERWOOD, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 9, 9A, AND 9B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
