Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated November 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-018167-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, IN. CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2006-OA4 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA4 is the Plaintiff, and DAVID PENAHERRERA A/K/A GUILLERMO DAVID PENAHERRERA A/K/A GUILLERMO D. PENAHERRERA, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 256 OF BLACK LAKE PARK, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S)4 THROUGH 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
