Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated November 7, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-005671-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff, and ZAIDA RAMOS, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 16, Block E, RIO PINAR LAKES UNIT ONE, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Pages 55 and 56, of the Public Reocrds of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 5th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
