NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007559-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and EDISSON PACHECO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 2, VILLAGES OF SOUTHPORT PHASE 1 E, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 113 through 120, inclusive, of the public records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
