BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JAMES DAVID WHITE; JANICE K. WHITE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AZALEA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www. myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, AZALEA RIDGE, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 56-58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
