NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the October 17th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48 2008 CA 033436, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein countrywide home loans incorporated is the Plaintiff and JOSEFINA OROZCO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION; SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS'''' ASSOCIATION, INC; JOHN DOE N/K/A PETER THOMAS; JANE DOE N/K/A WANDA THOMAS and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEFINA OROZCO IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of January 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
