NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-024407-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC AND DEED AND FINAL VESTING TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR JPALT 2006-A5 is the Plaintiff and LUIS M. PRIETO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; RESIDENCES AT VILLA MEDICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CARLOS A. PRIETO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS A. PRIETO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS M. PRIETO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of December, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1234 OF RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8499, PAGE 4131, AND ALL AMENDMENTS, IF ANY, FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
